WARRANTY 保固 

1. All motorcycle suspensions are covered with 2-year warranty.

本公司摩托車避震器皆擁有保固二年之服務。

 

2. There’s a warranty barcode on outer box, suspension and warranty card. The barcode

can tell the manufacturing date, warranty date and customer code.

在外箱、產品及保固卡上，皆有保固條碼，條碼可識別出廠日期、保固日期、客戶代

碼。

 

3. Please provide the suspension and warranty card whenever claiming for warranty.

If the warranty card is lost, USD20 will be charged for a replacement card before

process of warranty.

保固時，需提供避震器及保固卡，若保固卡遺失將收台幣600元，補發工本費，再進行

保固機制。

 

4. Our company offers the longest warranty on the market. We use high-tech pillowball 

for replacement of cheap rubber bushing in order to enhance the stability of handling.

本公司產品保固期為業界最長，並使用高科技魚眼取代廉價橡皮鐵套，提高車更穩定的

操控性。

 

5. For competition use, we will suggest to return to the factory every 12 hours for 

cleaning, repair, oil change, and damping testing to achieve the most perfect

performance and vibration absorption.

使用在比賽，建議每12小時回廠進行清潔、保養換油、阻尼檢測，以達到最完美的操控

及吸震力。

 

6. For general street use, due to road and climate conditions in Taiwan, we will suggest 

to return to the factory for maintenance, oil changes and damping testing every year 

or every 5,000 kilometers to achieve the best performance.

使用在一般街道，由於台灣道路及氣候因素，建議每一年或5,000公里，回原廠保養換

油阻尼檢測，以達最好之性能。

 

 EXTENDED WARRANTY 延長保固 

1. All products are manufactured in accordance with TUV/ISO 9001:2015. We have 

100% confidence in our quality. Therefore, we offer the longest warranty on the 

market, 2 years from manufacturing date.

本公司所有製品符合 ISO 9001:2015，對自家品質有100 % 信心，故為業界最長之

保固，出廠二年。

 

2. At the time of purchase, you can arrange a payment of USD200 to extend your 

standard 2-year warranty to 5 years, the longest warranty.

在購買之時，可指定付費台幣6,000元，可享有5年保固之權利，業界最長永久保固時

間。

 

3. We provide the industry's only lifetime warranty. Every year or 5,000 kilometers of the 

product (whichever comes first), you can deliver the warranty card and product to our

company and pay for maintenance, cleaning, replacement of consumables damping 

testing. We will extend warranty for another year. Unlimited maintenance times.

Therefore, we provide lifetime warranty service.

本公司提供業界唯一永久保固之特點，產品每一年或5,000公里(先到為準)，需準備保固

卡及產品，至本公司付費保養、清潔更換消耗品、阻尼檢測，則本公司延長保固一年，

保養次數無限制。故本公司提供永久保固之服務。

 

 WARNING 警告 

1. We use high-tech pillowball to replace cheap rubber bushing, so lubricating oil must 

be applied to the pillowball every three months to make the pillowball reach to the best

effect. If the pillowball is not maintained according to the time, the rusty pillowball is 

not covered by warranty. Price for a replacement pilowball is USD20/pc.

本公司產品使用高科技魚眼取代一般低價之橡皮，故每三個月須在魚眼塗抹潤滑油，使

魚眼達到最好之效力。著未依照時間保養魚眼，則魚眼部分生繡不在本公司保固範圍，

生繡更換為每個台幣600元。

 

2. The barcode on the product is the same as the one on warranty card and outer box. 

It shows the manufacturing date, dealer code and car model. Product is not covered 

by warranty if the barcode is damaged or lost.

本公司產品上之條碼與保固卡，紙箱皆為相同，有生產製造出廠、日期、經銷商及車

型，若有損毀或遺失則不予保固。

 

3. Replacement of other brand springs or self-disassembly or modification of our 

products is not covered by warranty.

更換他牌彈簧或自行拆卸，改裝本公司產品，則不予保固。
